Process statement: |
1) The botanicals are dried in the sun from 7 days and then soaked in water to make them clean before dyeing. (2) After dyeing, dry the botanicals up in direct sunlight within 8 hours or in the kiln: ● In the dry season: 2 hours at 40-45 degress. ● In the rainy season: 3 hours at 45-50 degress. (3) Trim and spray dust away (4) The botanicals are then fragranced (5) After fragranced, dry the botanicals up in kiln 1 hour at 40 degress (6) Dry one day in directly sunlight and check quality before packing. (7) Finish: the finished pot pourri are packed into carton, loaded into container. |
